SHIPPING
Currently I am shipping only within Australia.  Postage and handling charges are additional to the retail price and calculated upon checkout.  

Once full payment has been received for your order, items will be shipped within 1-3 business days.

Contact-less delivery
Australia Post deliveries do not have to be signed for - under the current COVID-19 regulations, parcels will be either signed for by the delivery person or left in a safe space to minimise physical contact.

If you live around St Ives you are very welcome to pick-up directly from me or I can drop off if more convenient. This saves you courier fees and saves me packaging time. Direct message me or send an email to arrange a suitable time.

DAMAGED GOODS

I take great care in packaging the ceramics using eco-friendly wrapping. In the unfortunate event where goods arrive damaged and/or faulty, please contact me within 24 hrs of the receipt of the goods.
